A.You can make reservations via Web or LINE 24 hours a day. For same-day play reservations, Web and LINE reservations are accepted until 5:00am and dependent on availability. Please contact us for details.
A.Play is generally self-play. If you would like to request a caddie, please contact us at least one month in advance.
A.Please register player information by 10 days before your reservation by phone or via GORA or GDO . For online bookings, please register through the reservation site you used, also by 10 days before play.
A.Yes. Single-player reservations are available through our official website, LINE, or GDO・Rakuten GORA.

Dress Code
A.Yes. Jeans, T-shirts, and sandals are not permitted in the clubhouse or on the course. Collared sportswear is recommended during play.
A.No. Metal spikes are prohibited. Please wear soft spike or spikeless shoes.
In regards to Play
A.Please check in at least 30 minutes before your start time.
A.We provide 5-seater, battery-powered carts with remote control and magnetic guidance. The carts cannot drive off the cart path and do not detect people, so please do not stand in front of the cart. Each cart is equipped with GPS navigation displaying yardage and pin position. Score entry and results tallying are also available.
A.The normal rotation is East → West, West → Middle, Middle → East. This may change due to course maintenance.
Facilities & Rentals
A.The clubhouse generally opens 1 hour before the first tee time. (For very early starts, please check the details provided at the time of reservation.)
A.Driving range: 30 yards 9 bays

Payment
A.We accept cash and major credit cards (JCB, VISA, UC, DC, Diners Club, Amex). We do not accept e-money or QR code payments.
A.With prior application, players aged 70 and over, under 18, or those with disabilities are exempt from the golf course tax. Players aged 65–69 receive a tax reduction. Proof of age/disability (driver’s license, health insurance card, passport, disability certificate, etc.) must be presented at the front desk prior to play. Exemption cannot be applied without prior application.

A.We do not have fixed closing days. Temporary closures may occur for maintenance—updates are posted on our website.
A.Yes. Guests staying at Spa Resort Hawaiians can use the shuttle between the hotel and golf course. Please inquire at the hotel front desk or golf course.
A.Yes. Deliveries must be arranged to arrive by the day before play.

A.Yes. Bringing a self-stand bag is permitted. (However, please refrain from using it on the greens in order to protect the turf.) A name tag must be attached to the bag. Please note that the golf course is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur on the premises.
