Terms & Conditions

Application of the Terms

Article 1

All users of the golf course, whether members or guests, are subject to the Club Rules and by-laws as well as these Terms.

Formation of the Use Agreement

Article 2

Players must sign the prescribed register at the front desk on the day of play. Upon signature, the golf course accepts the signer as a facility user under these Terms.

Refusal of Use

Article 3

The golf course may refuse the use of its facilities in the following cases. If such circumstances arise during play, continued use may be denied.

  • 1) Insufficient time remains before the start due to lessons or briefings.
  • 2) Visitors are not accompanied or introduced by a member.
  • 3) Acts against public order or morals, or when there is a reasonable risk thereof.
  • 4) The person is deemed to belong to an organized crime group or other anti-social forces.
  • 5) Bringing in or introducing members of anti-social forces.
  • 6) Any conduct that disrupts operations, such as unreasonable demands or acts causing discomfort to other guests.
  • 7) A person belonging to anti-social forces becomes a corporate member without proper registration.
  • 8) Application made under a false or another person’s name.
  • 9) Causing course closure through false statements or dishonest conduct.
  • 10) Any other violation of these Terms or circumstances deemed inappropriate for continued use.

Closed Days & Opening Hours

Article 4

Closed days and opening hours are determined by the golf course and may be changed temporarily as necessary.

Valuables, Personal Belongings & Vehicles

Article 5

Lockers, valuables lockers, and parking are available; however, the golf course is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or other incidents. Cash and other valuables are accepted at the front desk only when their type and value are declared and deposited in a sealed envelope under joint confirmation; otherwise, we assume no responsibility. Deposited items will be returned in exchange for the claim ticket. If you lose the ticket, notify us immediately.

Incidents Involving Courier Services

Article 6

With respect to courier services (receipt, storage, shipping), the golf course merely acts as an agent between parties and assumes no liability for incidents occurring in the process.

Player Responsibility for Safety; Etiquette & Manners

Article 7

Golf can involve hazards. Players must observe etiquette and manners and play at their own risk, regardless of any advice from caddies.

Practice Swings on the Tee

Article 8

Practice swings must be limited to the teeing area within the tee markers or other designated spots. Do not enter the teeing ground unnecessarily.

Confirming Shot Distance

Article 9

When playing behind another group, judge your own distance—regardless of caddie advice—and never hit into the group ahead. Any issues from hitting into others are solely the player’s responsibility.

Signals from Caddies and Forecaddies

Article 10

Caddie/forecaddie signals indicate that the group ahead appears beyond normal shot distance; even so, players must judge their own distance before hitting.

Positioning During Play

Article 11

Accompanying players must never step in front of the player who is taking a shot.

Hitting into Adjacent Holes

Article 12

Hitting into adjacent holes is particularly dangerous. Players must exercise caution and take full responsibility to judge their own distance and direction.In the event this occurs, the player must give a clear warning to players on that hole and proceed with due care to avoid disturbance or injury.

Retreat and Shelters

Article 13

When allowing the following group to play through, players in the leading group must retreat to a shelter or safe place until all members of the following group have completed their shots.

Leaving the Green

Article 14

After finishing a hole, players must immediately leave the green, and proceed safely to the next hole without interfering with shots from the following group.

Suspension of Play During Thunderstorms

Article 15

If thunder is heard, play must be suspended immediately. Players must seek safety in shelters or other secure areas designated by the Club. The Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel play if weather conditions pose a danger to players.

Golf Cart Use

Article 16

Golf carts must be operated with great care. Players are required to:

  • 1. Users must comply with the “Operating Instructions and Warnings” posted on the cart.
  • 2. Users must comply with employee instructions regarding cart operation.
  • 3. If a malfunction is suspected, immediately report it to staff.
  • 4. Exercise extreme caution where players and cart paths intersect, such as near the clubhouse or other intersections.
  • 5. Yield appropriately at intersections to prevent accidents.The Club accepts no liability for injuries or damages resulting from improper cart operation.

Prohibition of Fire

Article 17

Do not use fire, including smoking, on the course or in the clubhouse except in designated areas. Always fully extinguish matches and cigarettes before placing them in ashtrays.

Responsibility in Case of Violation

Article 18

If a player violates these Terms of Use and such violation results in damage or injury to another person, or to themselves, the Club bears no responsibility for compensation.

Checking Clubs After Play

Article 19

Players must carefully check their clubs upon completion of play. The Club accepts no responsibility for missing or damaged equipment once players have confirmed their belongings.

Liability for Damages

Article 20

If a user, intentionally or through negligence, causes damage to staff, property, or facilities, they must compensate for the amount of such damages.

Items Prohibited on Premises

Article 21

The following items are prohibited on the premises:

  • 1. Pets such as animals and birds
  • 2. Items with strong odors
  • 3. Firearms, swords, or other weapons
  • 4. Explosives, gasoline, or other flammable or hazardous substances
  • 5. Devices that produce loud noise
  • 6. Any other dangerous or disruptive items

Prohibited Conduct

Article 22

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • 1. Gambling or other immoral behavior
  • 2. Unauthorized sales, solicitation, or advertising
  • 3. Disturbing, harassing, or otherwise causing discomfort to others
  • 4. Entry into the course by non-players (except when specifically permitted). The Club shall not be liable for any injury or damages sustained by non-players, even when permission is granted.

Responsibilities for Non-Members

Article 23

Members who accompany or introduce non-members are jointly and severally responsible for ensuring that such guests comply with these Terms and for any damages caused by them.In the event that the non-member(s) causes damage to staff, property, or facilities, the member is liable in the compensation for the amount of such damages.

Informing Non-Members

Article 24

Members must ensure that their guests are aware of, and agree to, these Terms of Use prior to using the facilities.

Protection of Personal Information

Article 25

Personal data provided in connection with the use of the facilities shall be managed in accordance with the law. Additional details on the handling of personal data are set forth in the Club’s Privacy Policy.

Amendments to Terms

Article 26

These Terms of Use may be revised following consultation between the Company and the Club’s Board of Directors.

Principle of Good Faith

Article 27

Any matters not provided for in these Terms shall be resolved in the spirit of golf and in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith.

Effective Date

Article 28

These Terms shall take effect on April 1, 2008.
